Attention Patients and staff:

Delayed opening Monday, February 23

Due to the impending winter storm, all Crystal Run Healthcare offices including Urgent Care will open at 12:00pm on Monday, February 23.  Any appointments scheduled prior to 12pm on 2/23 will need to be rescheduled. 

Select appointments scheduled before 11:45am may be moved to a virtual visit per your provider. Please check your MyChart notifications for any changes to your appointment type. 

To reschedule your appointment, log in to MyChart to make changes. 

If you plan to cancel your appointment scheduled for tomorrow, please notify us by calling 845-703-6999.
